Richard's salty French toast






























Last sunday I went to have breakfast at a friend's place. Richard made me the best French toast ever.
Had to share this one:

Ingredients:
- Bio white or light bread
- soy milk
- 2 eggs
- mozzarella cheese
- fresh wild rosemary
- salt & pepper

Poor some of the soy milk in a bowl and add the 2 egg fillings , stir everything together. Then add the fresh wild rosemary and some salt & pepper. Stir again.
Melt some butter in a pan.
Slice of thick slices of the bread and dip every slice in the mixture.
Then put the slices in the pan and let every side bake for a view minutes.
Put some mozzarella on one slice and cover it up with another slice and bake the whole on both sides again for a few minutes.
Your French toast perfection is ready. It tastes very well with whipped creamcheese or with some fruit syrup or jam.

We had it with a nice cup of Ayurvedic tea and watched this movie. Sunday perfection!
